[More Details]<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Severe Weather Alert from the National Weather Service<\/p>\n<p>&#8230; WINTER STORM WARNING EXTENDED UNTIL 11 PM EDT SUNDAY&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>THE WINTER STORM WARNING HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL 11 PM EDT SUNDAY.<\/p>\n<p>SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH SUNDAY EVENING. THE SNOW WILL BE HEAVY AT TIMES. STORM TOTAL SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS WILL RANGE FROM 3 TO 8 INCHES BY SUNDAY EVENING. MOST OF THIS ACCUMULATION WILL OCCUR ON GRASSY SURFACES AND ON ELEVATED SURFACES.<\/p>\n<p>IN ADDITION&#8230; NORTH WINDS WILL GUST TO 35 MPH. THESE WINDS WILL COMBINE WITH SNOWFALL TO CREATE POOR VISIBILITIES WITH VISIBILITIES LESS THAN ONE HALF MILE AT TIMES. THE WINDS AND HEAVY SNOWFALL MAY ALSO CAUSE SOME TREES THAT ALREADY HAVE THEIR LEAVES ON THEM TO BREAK.<\/p>\n<p>EXPECT DETERIORATING CONDITIONS THIS EVENING&#8230; AND STAY INDOORS IF YOU CAN. TRAVEL WILL BECOME INCREASINGLY HAZARDOUS.<\/p>\n<p>A WINTER STORM WARNING MEANS SIGNIFICANT AMOUNTS OF SNOW ARE EXPECTED OR OCCURRING. STRONG WINDS ARE ALSO POSSIBLE.
